Bridges, Snook Bridge, PA
Snook’s Bridge was named for a local family in the village of Spring Meadow, Bedford County, Pennsylvania, and was built around 1880. The bridge is one of four covered bridges that span Dunning Creek within a five mile area. Snook’s Bridge has a multiple kingpost truss and a double Burr arch, and is painted white. It is still in regular use by traffic after more than 120 years.
